Happy Sunday, I hope you have all had a glorious weekend.
I am so happy to bring you along with me for a truly special day at Battersea Decorative Antiques Show in London! Mummy was in full swing and we have welcomed a new family member! I have prepping for guests arrival so Autumnal baking is a must and it is finally time to try my plum vodka!! This is such a happy and wholesome vlog and I truly hope you adore it as much as I loved creating it.

PUMPKIN, WALNUT & CHOCOLATE CHIP LOAF RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup oil
1 cup pumpkin puree, fresh or canned
¾ cup walnuts
A generous serving of dark chocolate chips
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF /180ºC
2. Grease loaf tin
3. Beat the eggs, sugar, and oil for 1 minute
4. Add the pumpkin puree and mix well
5. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt
6. Add the dry ingredients (including the chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chips) to the wet ingredients and stir to incorporate, don't overmix
7. Pour the batter into the loaf tin
8. Bake for about 55-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean
9. Remove from the tin and leave to cool on a wire rack
