Sos un capo, literalmente los de soporte tecnico de samsung me dijeron que necesitaba un remplazo de auricular derecho y que no lo cubría la garantía, me querian cobrar basicamente lo mismo que cuestan los buds 3 pro acá por donde vivo, pero, vi tu video, y probé la limpieza, y ahora ando re contento porque los buds están funcionando de 10 y no tengo que andar pagan por una reparación carisma (180 dlls aproximadamente)

I popped the screen off mine and let it bathe in some rubbing alcohol for 2 minutes then wiped it clean/dry with a Q-tip and a paper towel.. Took quite awhile though trying to get it off the first time without damaging it.. But luckily I have a I-Fix-IT tool set that had a tiny enough piece to wedge it off... When i put it all back together my case light was blinking and had me worried, but I plugged it in to charge and put both buds in it then put them in my ears, the right side is no longer a muffled whisper..

Funciona perfecto!!!! Cuesta un poquito sacar la malla, pero quitando eso quedó perfecto. Yo dejé la malla en vinagre por 40 minutos, y luego la limpie. Y. E funcionó 10 puntos!

So it's not just me that's having muffled sound issues then?! I sent mine back to get fixed and now it's happened again and they're out of warranty. So glad I found this, I'm gonna give all these tricks a try before I launch said earbuds out my window! Thank god I got mine free with my phone as I'd be so mad if I spent all that money only for the sound to be awful. My sons £20 amazon wireless earphones have a better sound than these do and have lasted way longer.

Mine did the same and i popped the grill off behind the rubber seal that locks the earbud in your ear and there was silicone on the grill zo took that out and now it works again
