Is "In-Portal" still an option in Azure Functions in 2024? No matter what programming language tried (python, .NET/C#) I choose I can "just" select Visual Studio, VS Code or "Any editor + Core Tools" however in particular In-Portal functions are charming as I have more justification to hold PWs in plain text assuming EntraID already is my Identitiy Provider compared to having code stored locally?
