As 350 Native air 27 08 13

This is the last fight but one. Good weather conditions and i was realy enjoying. Everytime i fly with this AS 350 Native air i caught myself that for secconds i'm looking more to the collors shining in the sun, than on the actual flight itself and what i'm doing. Seems that a sort of automatic pilot in me takes over and prevent me from crashing down, lol.
This time iI flew at different speeds and ended with a rather hard landing which was not realy planned.
I was at ease with the Starflex head and the beast-X. This was the flight #2 that day. I did another fight after this one wich ended bad. i was flying very slow and practising manoeuvers and slow circels near to the ground. After a fly-by and a stall flight i made a very nice approach. Descending and breaking at the same time and keeping her levell during doing this. I was very pleased with that. My best ever!! lol. Hoovered in front of me and than flew her to my left and made a right turn before the threes while gaining high altitude. once at about 30-40 meters high i suddenly had no right ruther!! A little left ruther was all i had. Tried to fly her nose in back to me but than i lost all power. I had to make a fast descending but i was still hanging above the cows-field. Luckely i practised 2 years ago some autorotation on the simu. That helped me in this real emmergency situation. I got her perfectly horizontal but landing was quite hard and i heard a noise that no scale helicopter owner like to hear. I ran to the bird and saw some smoke comming out. ESC was on fire!! This is the seccond time in less than a month. Ladingskid was broken on the left side and that made some dammage inside the fuselage. Not to bad. I can repair her but she won't be as pritty as she was before. Sitll don't know or understand why the esc got fire.
Real pitty to see my favorite bird damaged and more work for me to do next weeks.
