You know whats really scary and what Nikki should really bring in court? Is the fact that he's got no one in the US, and all his family live in Russia, he can easily take the kid and never comes back if joint custody happened.... she better fight for the sole custody and they better give it to her! There's alot of cases like this.

Also according to the docs, they got married on January 19th 2023 legally in California, which mean in worst case scenario she will have to pay him half that period by California law which is only 9 months.. but hopefully he get convicted and they deny him!

I hate this for Nikki. I thought after John she’d finally found her happily ever after. It shows you not to believe what you see on tv bc he actually seemed like a nice guy. Him being from another country makes me nervous for her bc what if he tries to take the son. Such a shame all this happened but I am proud of her for filing for a divorce. She has a good support system with her family too. Wishing her and her son the best.

It has just been announced that Artem will not be charged in the domestic violence case. This is why I said to wait until it has been investigated before you accuse somebody you went hard on him and you weren’t there. It’s easy to jump and blame the man first just realize that it can go either way, the way you all did this man was completely dirty. Then last week they were posted together you don’t know what’s going on behind closed doors so stop judging people until you know all the facts.

They only do that if the spouse is totally disabled physically.
