Here after I would avoid iPhones. Bought my 1st iPhone (13) after using android over a decade. But the experience is not better than android, sometimes even worse. For a phone which costs over 70k (while launching), you can’t expect such things. And yes, the pathetic lens flare, green screen issues which apple doesn’t want to address and buggy updates makes me think I made a wrong decision and should have gone with a Samsung or one plus . Nevertheless, will use this phone for a few years as I need to extract every bit of juice for the money I paid. But yes, android has come a long way and offers better value for money than apple.

I’ll likely upgrade to the regular 15 next year from the 13 mini unless I end up not being able to give up this form factor. I wouldn’t use any of the pro features, I don’t care about 120hz, I don’t want my phone getting really hot, and I prefer the mute switch to the action button.

I liked your video 😊! And I decided to go with the 15 plus this year in pink 😅! I’m so happy with my choice. The pros are great phones, but the regular 15 this year is amazing! Definitely a smart choice 😊.

i avoid the Pros only because of the action button. iPhone most distinct feature has always been the mute switch. and the AB can only b mapped to one action at a time (hope a SW update can solve that) so this year it's the 15 Plus for me for mute switch and the forever battery life. One more wish is that apart from Face ID there should b an FP option. No comment on the split screen?

I got the 15 pro here in Australia and don’t use the Raw or fast data transfer….buuuut I love the high refresh rate screen and the Always on Display with a photo, can Samsung/Google do that?

i just exchanged my one year old 14pro 128 gb for the 15 pro 256 gb . Paid 50k. Not in India, of course. How is this deal ? i find it lighter and comfortable to hold.

I think next year upgrades will be more about Gaming or GPU. So if you are not really gaming, I definitely agree with you not upgrading next year.

If Apple gave us AOD and atleast 90Hz "NonPro" motion display, I'd never buy the Pro. The Pro is an upsell for Apple and I hate that they hold back features on purpose from the regular models.

Apple also backed themselves into a corner by naming 120hz "ProMotion". Now how can the put this feature on the regular? If they'd called it "SmoothMotion" it wouldn't matter as much.

i bought iphone 15 pro max recently because of ability to update ios for long period of time. my ipad pro 9.7 2016 still upgrade able until now 2023. The iphone 15 pro max also have awesome long lasting battery. Compare with android the most os can be upgrade is 3, 4 years, maybe?

I am still sticking to my iPhone 12 Pro Max. You’re right, Apple is pricing the Pros out of the market in India - at some point, it becomes hard to be spending around 1.5 lakhs on a frigging phone even if you can afford it!
On the flip side though, once you get used to taking Pro Raw photos, it is so hard to go to regular ones! So when I do upgrade my phone next year, it will be hard to go for iPhone 16 Plus instead of the Pro Max.

Regarding ProMotion: it will be coming to base models starting with iPhone 17. Mark my words. This is genuinely the only "Pro" feature I care about. In the meantime, the base iPhone 15 is great.

I think 16 base model will have 120Hz display next year and pro models assembly in India may start from next year so diffrence will be not that big

Hi Rohit, now a days phones are becoming bulky, with cases even more. Is it safe to use Skins on smartphones which have plastic body, plastic doesn't shutter like glass. what you suggest.
