I initially guessed Mexico City, 'cuz I got OPEC confused with NAFTA, but then I STILL guessed Mexico City, because IDK the OPEC countries, but I knew it couldn't be a Middle Eastern capital. I didn't know Caracas was THAT old.

Can somebody explain Mattea and Andrew's wagers here? I feel usually in final jeopardy player make their wagers less on their confidence in the category and more on other players' scores.
