make it cheap or it is useless bcoz it will be better to buy commercial one,
Suggestion- use atmega8 chip with internal oscillator bootloader to avoid using external crystal and pf, it will reduce the price, with 16x2 lcd or 7-segment display, it will be more cheaper.
