Forged in a spirit of bipartisanship, the House of Representatives Problem Solvers Caucus is committed to finding common ground and common-sense solutions to key issues facing the nation. From health care to criminal justice reform, how do these legislators manage to work across the aisle on issues where congressional gridlock has reigned for decades? In this conversation with group members, we explore what it takes to solve problems and to break down the political barriers holding us all back from a brighter tomorrow.

It's a shame that there is a need for a problem solving caucus. Supposedly, we elect ALL of our Representatives to be problem solvers. The fact that only 58 of the 435 actually recognize that -- and even a smaller proportion in the Senate -- is an indictment of our current political system and should make us all, as voters, think about the sorts of people we send to Washington.
