I tried putting my 2 year old in underwear and he is NOT PHASED with being wet. It can run down his legs and it doesn't bother him 😣

After watching your video, I was able to successfully potty train my stubborn 4 year old. I can’t believe that just taking away the diapers and having her wear underwear all day did the trick. I also have a 2 year old and I hope she will be more willing as she’s sees her big sister going to the potty. Thank you and take care!

Been at it 4 months now. Stubborn and strong-willed boy. He does NOT care about poop or pee being all over himself (or our house). We have used the "make him do the work" tip with the best results because he genuinely dislikes having to do everything to get himself cleaned back up, but even that has led to minimal progress. We have done sticker charts with rewards as well and that hasn't seemed to help much either. His brother, our oldest, trained in about 2 weeks, so believe parents when they tell you that all their kiddos are unique and that each child can be VERY different from the rest, even coming from the same gene pool. LOL We have only a few weeks left until Pre-K and honestly I have no idea what is going to happen to him there. Will he get kicked out? Will he grow some social sensitivity if other kids see him have an accident? Will he just not care? He really needs the socialization (he was born in 2020, just as COVID kicked off), but at this rate... I just don't know if he is going to get the hang of it this year or not. I feel like my wife and I are going through the stages of grief here...

Thanks for the advice! We have a stubborn 3 year old and trying to get her fully potty trained so she can start preschool. Our oldest daughter was SO easy and potty trained with no problems. But our youngest is the opposite, of course! She seems to be scared of sitting on the toilet. We are trying to make it “fun” to show her it’s not scary, but she’s stubborn so it doesn’t work every time. I do put her in underwear when we are home, and I like the idea of having her clean up herself after an accident. I was also thinking of taking a few short trips out of the house with undies to see how she does. I’m going to try the candy in the bathroom in a clear jar, and put her potty chart at her view. Hoping these things work! I know it takes time but we got so spoiled with our first, we were not prepared for the second! Lol thanks for the video!!! Any more tips are appreciated! 😂

Thank you for these helpful tips! Im currently potty training 2 1/2 year old b/ g twins. These tips are incredibly helpful! I personally did elect to have 2 "little" pottys and also use a step up potty seat for the big potty. Having twins and only 1 "big" potty the little poty chairs have been esential. Idk about anyone else with twins but if there is only 1 of anything its an inevitable confrontation. Best of luck to all my other potty training parents out there! Hang in there.

Just heard my, just turned 3 year old flush he is scared of the potty but will use it every now and then. He feels more comfortable when we close the door like a grown up I hope to get him fully trained this year because he will start preschool soon

My daughter was so easy to potty train and was fully potty trained by 2. My 1 yo son on the other hand is a totally different one. He is so stubborn and won’t even stay on the potty😂. Will definitely be trying these tips out.

I’ve been asking my toddler all day if she needs to pee or to poop because we’re on day four or five of potty training but she keeps holding it in so she doesn’t have to stop playing. And then she goes and poops her pants just now after I watch this video lol. She has been using the toilet, she knows how to use the toilet, but I think me asking her over and over again if she has to pee or poop is stressing her out. And then I get stressed out when she poops her pants after I’ve asked her if she has a poop coming lol IT’S TOUGH OUT HERE 😂
