By falling off from a great distance, then turn around before hitting the spike, you will clip through the floor.
This can be done to all ponies, but mainly useful for the pegasi, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, in Level 6. This saves roughly 10 seconds for Rainbow Dash, and 6 seconds for Fluttershy since she use a shortcut that can only be performed by her.
