Megadeth - Hangar 18 - Guitar Cover (All Solos) by John Nuckols

Here is my cover of Hangar 18 by Megadeth. The duel guitar solos were a blast to learn and perform, as I tried to stay as close to the original as I could.

The main lead part was performed live along with the actual STEM tracks from the Megadeth recording. The audio was one take w/ a blend of three video takes.

Thanks a lot dude!!  I promise you if I can play it, so can you!  Just have to put in the time and go slow at first.  I'd recommend isolating each solo and turning the tricky parts into little exercises.  Be aware of exactly how you are going to play it - what fingers you are going to use, how you are going to pick it, where you are going to use legato, ect... Plus this way you can take the licks and make them your own for your own solos/improvisations!

i'm very picky when it comes to cover.... especially when it's about one of my all time favorite guitar player like Marty Friedman but damn.... YOU GOT IT ! you got it all. technique, precision, the feeling of it, doesn't feel like you're struggling to keep up the speed, even the angle of the pick to get the right tone.
