I’m just a pretend farmer who farms 50/50 with someone that knows what he is doing so from listening to the Prop12 discussion it seems California and Massachusetts think they can make laws that requires producers in other states to comply or you can’t sell to us. If that’s the case just stop selling to both of them. Yes it’s a loss of sales but balance that to less expense to qualify? They are losing job by raising the fast food salary now they can do without pork. Or, figure out a way to cheaply comply. Come on; I’ve know farmers all my life. They are resourceful, intuitive, and capable of figuring this out. Farmers are the kind of people that makes things work.
