Awesome video sir! You made it possible for me to tie it all together. Question for anybody: there are other processes that require project charter and pm plan like plan schedule mgmt and many others. Is the branching you drew focusing on the main/important ones or am i looking at the wrong info?

Hey Phil, I’m debating on pursuing a Masters in Project Management, which should help prep me for the PMP exam. Currently, I have about a year of project management experience for a painting company, but am now in roofing sales. Would this pursuit of a Masters be beneficial to me? Or should I just study for the exam and try to get more work experience?
