As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?.

I grew up in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. When my parents wanted to buy a house in Fort Greene, the realtor convinced them that their current neighborhood was too dangerous and showed them houses in East Flatbush, where we still own a home. Nowadays, most people can't afford to buy a home in my old neighborhood.

The perimeter of the CLINTON HILL area is…FLUSHING AVENUE to the North, ATLANTIC AVENUE to the South, CLASSON AVENUE to the East and VANDERBILT AVENUE to the West. Family still owns a brownstone on Washington and Lafayette Avenues since the 1950s’ right off the G train. Great childHOOD memories👍🏾

I lived in that area in the 80s. Never heard of a blackout. Fact of the matter the target used to be a parking lot. My dad used to take us there for driving lessons.

Very educational video. Ive grown-up in Brooklyn and learned so much about the the horse walks watching this. And the parking space money is a pure cash cow with less headaches. Please bring your mentor back for more videos. His experience and knowledge are invaluable.

This was a great video. I've worked in Brooklyn. I grew up in the Bronx. In a matter of blocks, the whole vibe changes, lol. Kris, my son moved to VA for school and said he's not coming back just because of the traffic. I'd love to know how Dan did during Covid when the City told people they didn't have to pay rent. I know of people who suffered greatly.

In South FL 1996 I bought my first 2bdrm/1bath(as is) tiny home in a retirement neighborhood at 24 years old, for $30, 000. My mortgage, including taxes & insurance was $350. I sold it in 2005 for $135, 000. Bought my second 4bdrm/2bth 3story home @ 33 years old, in (Stone Mtn)ATL for $130, 000. Put $30, 000. down. Mortgage with taxes & insurance was $500. Sold it in 2015 to my renter. Now worth $400, 000. Both my mortgages combined was less than what people pay for a studio apartment, not including utilities here in New York.🤯 We don't have a mortgage in our Bushwick Brownstone, Family Legacy. Handful of Original Owners left on the block, due to Gentrification! Generational Wealth Handed Down! If we ever relocate again, it will be Canada, Europe or our parents home island's 🇯🇲🇹🇹. Retirement Beach homes paid for also. They already tried Ghana, Africa & went back home to retire. Thanks for a great vlog!!❤
