After searching for a long time, my wife and I fell in love with a dresser and chest combo. Mishap after mishap of failed attempts to get our furniture to us, they finally just refunded us without even asking first. Here it is a few months later and we’re back to where we started. Terrible customer service. They kept blaming the vendor without taking any accountability. No empathy, no willingness to help resolve and keep our business. Just a refund with a shrug. Totally unacceptable. Don’t buy from them.
