How to use it with website link and it take the cell value automatically and add it on the end of the link to go directly to that part?

Hi... I have two sheets. In the first one, I have the general information on sales orders. In the second one, I have the details for each sales order. Then, I would like to click on the sales order (17806) and link to the cell where is the detailed info. Similar to the function to link, but instead of location cell, I want to link to the value. In case, this value changes location, this link changes as well. Could you help me?

I need this to work for hyperlinks to different sheets in the workbook. Of course the cell value name has to match the sheet name, but what can I change in the formula to do what I require please? Thanks in advance

It works for a regular cell but is there a way to assign this formula to a shape instead of a cell? when i put this formula in a cell, it works with no issues, but when i try to add this formula to a shape, it says that it lacks a reference to a range or to a defined name.
