There's something interesting about the contrast between Athena and Reapers. When you receive Athena's Blessing, you're gathered by those who see you as a friend to the end. With the Ritual of the Flame, it's basically you sacrificing yourself for the sake of the Reapers and for your own selfish greed, showing you are out for yourself with no allies by your side.

I love how when the whole crew of Athenas fortune is singing you can clearly hear Ramsey's voice over all the others especially on the line "if we sail together", really reminds you who the true captain is

I love Ramsey as a character (especially his VA) so joining the servants of the flame kinda felt like a betrayal, especially since the pirate lords literally been there since the beginning

i just noticed this rn as soon as you transform into a ghost after inspecting your hand for a split second you can see your human ones suddenly go limp and fall downward as if you had left your human body after becoming a ghost, i honestly found this detail rather nice.

This moment would have been more momental if the game showed the most recent players to achieve the Blessing of Athena’s Fortune in the crowd, or at least their faces on the Athena’s Fortune outfits (Dark Adventurer, Legendary, Ghost, and Emissary)

The PVP curses And their cutscenes Are exact counterparts, the player accepts the blessing of athena but Flameheart accepts the curse of skellington, Theres a lot more but that wont fit here
