2023 IM LS7 EV in-depth Walkaround

The 2023 IM LS7 Electric SUV will start at 52,000 USD. The car's exterior design features smooth lines with no excessive side ribbing. It has dimensions of 5049/2002/1731mm and a 3060mm wheelbase, with a drag coefficient of 0.268cd.

There will be two battery versions available for the LS7, a 90kWh, and 100kWh, with the 90kWh version built by a joint venture between SAIC and CATL. The 100kWh+ variant has a single motor RWD and a CLTC cruising range of 660 km. The dual-motor four-wheel drive version produces 425 kW (650 hp) and 725 Nm torque, offering a CLTC cruising range of 615 km and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds.

The LS7's interior features a new smart cockpit 2.0 with the IMOS2.0 version. It has a triple-screen design, including an LCD instrument panel, central control screen, and a co-pilot display. The screen dimensions are yet to be announced. The car also features a half-width steering wheel, which is the first for a mass-produced vehicle in China, but a full-width steering wheel is also available.

Finally, the LS7 has a unique seat design called the 'fatigue-free' seat, inspired by zero-gravity technology. This seat provides the ideal posture for long drives, making them more pleasant and comfortable. The seat is located on the right side of the rear row.
