The judge is interpreting the law according to the letter of the law! There was no legal standing for charges to begin with. A grand jury only hears one piece of information and doesn’t allow for a defense to defend against the alleged charges. As attorney’s say and a truth to it as well, a grand jury can indict anyone on anything if the prosecution can convince them regardless of evidence!
