1. How does your home owners insurance feel about using your pool as a business?
What happens when someone gets hurt or drowns who is going to pay for attorney fees and who is liable??

When they make public water rights and conservation threatened so that these rich homeowners can have their private water pools. The amount of water contained in all these private pools are the reason why there are water restrictions elsewhere. Many native streams and native endemic species are getting wiped out because streams are cut off so that the water can be diverted because there is "limited water".
This is not much different than a bed and breakfast, using the home to make money in a residential area.

Imagine a loud party, lots of cars parking in ur driveway (tow em at owners expense) lots of strangers looking into ur property. But the homeowner/ neighbor gets paid. Yeah, I don't see a problem here...(insert sarcasm here)
