Awesome! I literally Just upgraded mine to 31/76 gearing with aluminum integy gearbox and SC8-RTR 4S combo. And Holy smokes this this is sick!

What gear adapter have you used for 31/76 ? A, B, C, D, E, F... None? ASking bcause.. is not listed on the Gear adapter ref chart from traxxas.

Any reason for 2s lipo? I run 3s on my VXL and it keeps shredding spur gears maybe too much battery?

Hello, thanks for the video. I am curious how do you like the Duratrax tire in the rear as opposed to an Anaconda? They look near the same size I guess the Duratrax a lil taller, and wider?

What's the top speed on this with the 2S lipo fully charged at the beginning of the first few runs on 31/76 gearing....???? I got 44.1 mph on my iPhones gps speed app on 32/76 gearing with my rustler vxl 3500 kv brushless system on a 7 cell nimh 8.4 volt battery. Is that accurate at all or should've been faster ?... My nimh isn't completely brand new it's used up quite a bit plus my motor and truck are at least close to 3 yrs old maybe even a little more. Fill me in if you can because the Traxxas rustler vxl speed chart states 35+ on a 6 cell nimh and 45+ on a 7 cell 8.4 nimh with 28/83 gearing. I'm at 32/76 on 7 cell only hitting 44.1.

my slash has the sidewinder sct combo (castle 1410 3800kv motor and sidewinder sct). it’s geared 28/86, yet does 45 MPH on 2s.

I don’t get it. Is it because the velineon setup is weaker than castle creations?

Try running 28-76 with 3s that’s what I do it’s minty

what speed did you hit?? lol... shouldnt post a title like that without any speed validation. Mine does 64mph so I'd doubt you were over that.
