This looks amazing man but I can't shake the feeling that widening your grip would help you even more and that would put your forearms perpendicular to the bar which would result in maximum force production.

Great work man! You should try to get a wider grip I think. Less ROM + straight arms (from elbow to wrist) will make you move so much more weight!

Nice lifting bro. I'm the same weight, got 100 x 7 on close grip and managed a 297 max. This is form of yours on 100 x 9 looks easier than mine was so should have 300+ in the bag I reckon

I got elbow pain after a while benching like that. You might get more power if your forearms are 90 with the bar. So either tucking your elbows more or widening your grip. Nice lift though!

Your forearms need to be perfectly perpendicular to the floor and not with an angle like you have
