Yes this is exactly what I experienced with my clients too Michael that EFT was more effective with those who have good body awareness. For those who were more dissociated needed to start learning to tune in and feel more. I’m very sensitive with the sensations in the body so EFT has been very effective for me.💚

This was brilliant. I’m getting ready in the senior community where I live to do a session on EFT tapping I’ve been practicing it on my own for about 15 years and I should say very successfully. I don’t have a practice, but I just pretty much help friends. But back to the class I learned so much from this video that will really help me help them. Outstanding. Thank you for all of this wonderful information to help us with our tapping. I was wondering, with the breathing, are you supposed to be attemptinng to take deep slow breaths almost constantly?

1. People don’t practice it. It needs repetition and consistency.
2. Not spending enough time tuning in to the feeling.
3. We’re too busy intellectually trying to work it out.
4. Not breathing.
5. You’re not being thorough enough to write it down.
Bonus: Incorporate “it’s okay to feel this way”
