Physician Perspective on CPOE

Crouse Hospital's Maria Ciciarelli, MD, shares her perspective on CPOE (Computer Provider/Physician Order Entry), which is being rolled out at Crouse over the course of 2012. CPOE, essentially a complete electronic medical record, will help enhance patient care and safety as well as overall efficiency as paper records will no longer be necessary.
