Firstly the 15k crores allocated to amaravati is not grants or sanctions by central government. If u clearly watch finance minister words, she says that we will do arrangements and feciliate funds.. from multi lateral development agencies.... They said will support to get money from those agencies... The difference between grant and arrangements is, A grant is free money given for the development... where as arrangements from thirdparty is giving u kind of loan with interest...
which AP people have to pay back.... Secondly polavaram is already a national project... so central government has to complete it... so its not new thing.... Third thing for the industrial corridors they did not mention for any allocations... CBN and central government are again making the state people
