i don't have the always on display feature like in the video. i only have the date, notification, and time in the always on display setting

The only thing 3.0 bothers me is the big status bar. How can i reduce the size of my batt percentage, the time and the feature icons in the notification bar. I personally dont like having them big, it's uncomfortable in my eyes... Also, the messenger bubble is also big.
