After browsing through all kinds of laptops, I decided to go for this one yesterday. And I have got to say that I am on cloud nine knowing that I've made the right decision. Excellent thermals and build quality. Even after a few hours of gaming at high settings, the system remained at 65-80 degrees Celcius (even though I only set the fans at balanced mode). I am extremely impressed 😍

I bought the version with i5 and rtx 4050. It's good for its price and I'm happy with it. But when entering the game it switches to the external nvidia graphics card. When exiting the game, it switches to the dedicated Intel gpu. At this time the computer freezes for a short time. is this normal?

Up to i7 13th gen, rtx 4070 and 165 hz screen? So this Helios Neo 16 is a more budget friendly version of the regular Helios 16? I mean, the regular Helios goes to i9, 4080 and 240 hz, right?

Overall the laptop is perfect accept problems with keyboard light. I purchased a laptop few months ago and after some time i faced an issues with keyboard light, Laptop's RGB is not working and only blue light turns on.
