FYI for novice players, be aware there are errors on the build planner on Mobalytics as of August 10th.

For example:
The leveling path on the Mobalytics build planner for the skills isn't correct. It shows certain skills at levels before the requirements are met.

Regarding the section about prepping for the capstone dungeon to unlock WT4, there's no need to talk about double tempering items. You can't double temper items before WT4 since it requires Ancestral items.

How I have been leveling alts this season, Once I hit wt3 I just farm infernal hordes and then within 30min to a hour out into world tier 4 and will farm infernal until about 80 then do nmd for the glyphs.
