When we became our own moral arbiters we deemed ourselves grand moral authorities, we placed ourselves on the throne of God.

We decided what is “good or evil”.

We bit from the forbidden fruit of the knowledge of Good and Evil (found in Eden).


This is why Robespierre was soo bloody and ruthless in his rule, it was a problem of hierarchy, by asserting that morality is that which is made by man, it is by extension a social construct, therefore there is no right or wrong.
