Just outside the city is another permanently working open-air museum. This is a very interesting place, that talks clearly about the history of Cyprus. More information about the exhibition can be read on a special plan at the entrance of the museum. On the top of the hill, which is not part of the protected area, is a copy of the bowl that is exhibited in the Louvre. Here, the excavations of the ancient city continue to this day. Entrance to the exhibition is open until 17:00, and the ticket price is 2.5 euros. It is easy to get to the exhibition by taking the №30 bus that drives through the Limassol coastal road. In the hot season it is recommended to visit the excavations and the museum early in the morning. In the evening, the exhibition is illuminated with beautiful lights, giving the place an even more mysterious and interesting look.
