WGBH Sting by Gershon Kingsley

WGBH's iconic sting was composed by the legendary composer Gershon Kingsley in 1971. The racing, seven-second synthesizer crescendo has accompanied the WGBH logo at the end of the public media station's programs ever since.

Whoa, that was an amzing station ID that WGBH had in over 7 years since it marked Gershon Kingsley's famous WGBH theme back in 1971. I'm impressed that the animation and music mixed together.

Mate, this was the one that happened in 2013, and Gershon's track first got used in the 1972. And then in the 1977, the N-N-Neon Sign happened. Then the next year, the one we all know happened.
