Excellent video - thanks for sharing your experience in the Lagunas. It's not the Sierras but kind of has that feel, and it's just over an hour away from San Diego.

Yeah, we have big problems with the turkeys too in Sonoma County. They get into peoples yards and tear up their landscaping.

Nice video. You do a good job getting the feel across. Where were you camping up there? What time of year was this?

Secret Spot? I kind of recognized the open plain, but then again there are a few scattered about :)

Is this a place with designated campgrounds or is it hike to a spot you like and pitch a tent ? I wanna find a place to camp in socal with no one around bothering us and if possible a place where shooting guns is allowed, is this the right place for me ? Great video btw!

Great trip with beautiful scenery, I really enjoyed it! Did you manage to walk around with out tripping over turkeys all the time, we have the same problem but with wild boars in stead:o) Looks like you had a great time and thanks for letting me tag along.
