As a Czech I had grandma like that too. She lived in better conditions but her spirit was the same. She passed away not so long ago. Now I have at least a grandpa who is 83 now. For him it was the biggest loss because they were with grandma for over 50 years. Spent every moment you can with them because you will realise what you lost after they are not here.

I had an uncle who owned a pancake restaurant such that every Sunday morning after church, we'd all drive North to Uncle Lee's pancake restaurant...sooo good.
