I love pastor Dan and I believe his teaching is mostly correct. It’s just that every time I hear him I just feel I fall so far short and it’s hard for me to keep up with all the things he’s saying.

I love Dan. But, what he just exampled was prayer. Even a decree as unto the Lord, is a form of prayer. However, I agree that most people pray because they are fearful of not having what they need.

But doesn’t he want us to talk to him? Just because we pray about our need doesn’t mean we don’t believe. Thats what I’m getting from this video. I think it’s great he meets your needs. But I don’t believe that if we ask we aren’t believing. It’s about relationship with God, coming to him for every need, physical, emotional, or spiritual. As we speak to him everyday about anything that’s on our mind, we are drawing near to him. Closer and closer. Spending time in his word, scripture states to ask and you will receive, knock and the door will be opened.
