I am in the process of making an afghan using this stitch and the ombre yarn in 'scuba' which is an aquamarine color. Shh though it is a Christmas present for my sister. Already finished one using the thicket stitch for another sister. Haven't decided what stitch to use on the third afghan I am planning for a different sister.
