Its a nice video, but if i gave that to my lecturer as a proof for the Rank-Nullity Theorem he would kill me!

you haven't proved the theorem. Just shown how to quickly work out the rank and nullity. If a student is asked to prove then this video is unlikely to be of much help. Perhaps retitle it as 'how to find the rank and nullity' or something like that.
