'Cuckooing' victim reveals how drug dealers took over her flat

Charities want more support for the victims of "cuckooing", where organised criminal gangs take over the homes of vulnerable people in order to sell drugs or weapons.

According to authorities, the tactic is often "hiding in open sight", with police teams looking to crack down on the practice.

As an American I can't even imagine the fear that is likely rippling through the Polish people as they watch Ukraine being demolished city by city. Even after 75 yrs the memory of the destruction done to Poland during WWII can never be forgotten. I am just hoping for a miracle here and praying that peace will happen very soon. She’s a drug dealer and should go to jail. 3rd party or not she allowed the sales of illegal substances to be sold at her home and she harboured criminals. Victim of what ? Being caught be the police and snitching. Certain people in society have it easy and law treats them differently. I’m not going to throw out any stereo types but I think if this was a different profile of person they would be in jail

That is bad, Also having a tough cut, After watching the last news, I remember living at my other old Flat, Close to the town, That often a rough place, I lived there over 15 years, It never got any better, Most of the decent people moved out of a lot of them flats, They become empty for a month, Then the next thing druggys and criminals moving in to them, Making the place become more rough, There often fights and arguments kicking of outside, Police often being called out, Drug dealing going on in some of the Flats, The amount of times police booted flat doors in, One of the drug dealers even chucked 3 grand of drug money out of the window, Thinking Police wont find it, They did, They also raided the car park as well, Some of the druggys from some of the flats where also playing loud banging music till early hours of the morning, Im glad I moved out of there, After I moved out, half the flat windows smashed and borded up, Not got any better over the years, So glad I live out in the sticks now days
