So the Soundcore Space One are a pair of very impressive entry level ANC headphones that have above average active noise cancellation, a very long battery life and they also have a lot of extra features that you won’t normally find on entry level headphones. But today we’re going to see how the Soundcore Space One stack up to the Sony WH-CH720N which are currently my favorite entry level and headphones to recommend and they’re my favorite for the gym as well.

I have the Sony wh-ch720n, while three of my friends have the Soundcore Space One. From personal experience, I strongly recommend going for the Sony. While the Space One does have some tech features that the Sony lacks (which Sony really should include tbh), the difference in sound quality is significant enough that my friends regret not choosing the Sony instead. Additionally, my friends have often complained about some of those tech features not working consistently or even stopping altogether. While the extra features on the Space One might seem appealing, the reliability and superior sound quality of the Sony wh-ch720n make it the better choice.

Very well put together vid on the two devices. i have the 720's.Yes, i believe Sony should have given us a little more with the 720s, but overall i am very impressed with them, just use them at home, and use my xm4s (will buy the xm5s when they become available in my region)for out and about because of the speak to chat feature, if Sony had included this feature, i would have used them on my daily routine. Case/Foldable- Space One (Sony isn't foldable)

Fit- WH-720N (Fit is Same, but Space One looks bulkier and weaker Build Quality)

Tech Specs- Space One (has longer Battery and more Audio Codex)

Sound- WH-720N (Sound is more open/natural, more separation between instruments, and more bass)

Media Controls- Tie

ANC- Space One (Blocks more noise than Sony, compares with WH-1000XM5)

Ambient Mode- Space One (More Features, specifically one where when you start talking, it will automatically pause the music)

Mic- WH-720N (Focuses more on Voice)


Sony WH-720N: Better build quality/lighter, overall Sound is better, Ambient Mode is more natural, and mic is better.

Space One- Foldable, longer Battery life/more Audio Codex, more features with Ambient Mode, Better ANC

I got my 720n’s odor 40$ and the soundcores for 80$, I recommend both but if you want a more advanced luxury feel with the all new techs shit get the sound cores, they both sound the same but sound ores do feel better but the 720n’s are simpler and aren’t as complicated, and yes they are also way better gym headphones

i m glad that anker has made a different design than QX0 series, my last pair's head band broke like in 2 weeks, plastics falling off piece by piece. after 2 years of use, it died somehow...how to describe, like a real old person, at first it shut down while I go downstairs, then shutting down ramdomly, then cant charge. but I think its due to that structure failure somehow messed up cables. TBH, its never a good idea to buy something once its out, wait a moment to see if it got commonly happend designing flaws would be much more clever.
I have totally no desire of a hard case, that anker came with one, but like I used it 1 time. Now great, I gotta deal with the broken headphone AND its case!
