I'm an Angels fan but I have to admit. Vin Scully is indeed a great commentator. Its actually good that he is returning in 2015. Vin Scully is like the best commentator in Baseball. He is like the Baseball version of WWE commentator Jim Ross.

What a unique thing the Dodgers have with SCully.  I am a mets fan and we've never had this connection with any announcer.  Scully is All Class...a gentleman.  66years with one team.  makes Ripken's streak look small.

I was at this game and i remeber looing out and seeing people wit tears in their eyes and smiles on their faces. The umps were applauding him and the braves were auplauding him. just goes to show the impact that he has had on this city and for the sport and all sports in general.
