Also to add, withdrawal can only be processed on business days (PST). Not sure how this translates to "performance driven technology". This reminds me of the legacy banking days without internet/ online capability.

I need a video to explain to me what all the definitions means, stop loss what should I set my price at ect, I’m new to this and I want to learn. But I can’t find a video that teach me from start to finish!

I have just signed up with them over a month ago and using their social trade for copy trades. I am sad to say that their supports sucks. They do not reply to emails promptly and they don't understand the customer predicament and just give you an answer that is as good as no answer.
In short do not sign up with their copy trades on a monthly term cause they deduct more performance fee than that agreed base on their formula. As at this comment my excessive fee paid are not refunded.
