great pics and presentation, maybe higher magnification images along with arrows pointing to the areas of diffuse thickening would also be helpful? but overall, thanks alot for uploading!

The name does not implies nephritic syndrome at all: "glomerulonephritis" just means "inflammation of the glomeruli". All types of glomerulonephritis can manifest as one of 6 different "renal syndromes": nephrotic syndrome, nephritic syndrome, asymptomatic proteinuria, haematuria, hypertension, and acute or chronic renal failure.
