If you can't find the correct page in the settings, try opening the lock screen (lock your device then turn on the screen) and then long press on the lock screen until the edit page opens, hopefully this helps!

I have the S21. It doesn't have the "Lock screen" options as a stand-alone but, I found if I access the "Lock Screen and AOD" option in settings, then scroll all the way down until you see "Looking for something else?". It will offer a "Edit Lock Screen" option. Tap on that and it will bring up the home screen display. It will show a clock in there. Tap on the clock and it will give a way to change the color. But, alas, it's not as fancy at what the video shows. It's only the basic colors, white, blue, pink, gold etc...
