Faulty spotting at IPF Worlds

Some examples from IPF Worlds 2016 that should be something to learn from for future Championships. This spotting, or lack of, should not be tolerated. Many did a good job, but this is the host nation & meet director responsibility and fault.

Not the kids fault. The fault goes to the manager that thinks the kids can help in those situations.
