⁴ᴷ⁶⁰ Walking in NYC from Union Square to Greenwich Village - Silent Protests & Empty Streets

Walking in NYC during a pandemic and on-going protests is very different. Walking in NYC from Union Square to Greenwich Village on a Sunday felt calm and quiet. I came across silent BLM protests against police brutality, empty streets, and looted stores. The situation in Union Square NYC was very different even a few days ago with thousands of protestors, media outlets, and NYPD officers. Walking in NYC from Union Square to Greenwich Village made me realize the city has a long way to go before "normal."

Yeah still empty, shops still closed, far from normal...on the other hand it started to look better compared to hustle and bustle and all that usual new York noise... This slow atmosphere started to grow on you :-)
