It actually brings tears to my eyes to see a new generation learning and enjoying such timeless music as Rush.

I'm 55 years old and I've been following Rush for many years, thank you so much for performing a cover like this mainly because you're so much younger than us and the band itself. You made my

As a lifelong Rush fan and attendee of over 20 concert tours of theirs over the last 35 years, I understand the complex drumming of Neil and this young woman just nails it. Very wonderful and respectful rendition of his work. Ply on!

First off, Thank-You Chiara. As a kid growing up in the suburb of Scarborough, (Toronto, Canada.)during the late 70's & early 80's, watching Rush grow from a high school band to the international stage to sitting in my friends basement while he played on one of the two complete Pearl drum kits (One black & one white) in honor of his idol Neil Peart, to seeing them live on New Years Eve in 1978 at Maple leaf Gardens. You make me proud of Your generation!!

Neil Peart is arguably one of the best drummers in rock music and this young woman did a great job!

Great cover. Love how you smack that ride like it owes you money. I was expecting some quarters to drop out from underneath the bell.

Me before clicking video.

"Who is this person that dares to try and cover Neil Peart's work"?

Me after watching video, while clapping hands slowly.

"Damn, she did that, and with authority".

Good job, drummer.

A few weeks ago I searched "Subdivision drum cover" because I'm a dork. All of these version came up, and they were fine, but how did this one not come up. This is the best one I've seen. Somehow music still manages to exist in spite of YouTube.

I'd think Neil and "the guys at work" would be genuinely impressed with this performance! Well done!

How on earth can you give this a dislike. I’ve been playing for 45 years and this girl is great at coping a drummer who was the best in his time. People need to get a life.
