I've just read the comments 30k batt pcm iether your on drugs ( in which case which ones ) or living in mother goose and cookoo land.
These properties were sold on the cheap because no one wanted them. My Thai associate bought 2 of the high corner units, which look onto the beach and rent's them at 1200 & 1500 respectedly pcm and is glad to get one monthly rentles.

Sorry, but in my opinion this is really too expensive. It's not very big, it's not very luxurious, it's far from Hua Hin city centre and the views from the condo are nothing to write home about. I wouldn't want to live here.
