there's this guy that i really liked, we were together for a couple of months until he decided to end it without any reason. he lifted me up during my downs but i feel like i didn't help him up like what he did for me. and every time i think about it, i feel like i gave him enough reasons to end things me. so i never hated him, i hated myself more for not giving out the same energy he was giving to me. and this song made me realize everything i did wrong in that relationship even if he doesn't tell me.

so to the guy who taught me so many things in that short time, i hope you're happier now. i never wished to hold you down and I'm sorry for loving you blindly too much.

This record is insane.
Minus the such insightful lyrics filled with raw emotion, the video tells such a deep story. My take:


He starts with a girl he's getting to know and having fun with. Probably dating. Falling hard. The usual. The girl pushes him into the "deep end" of the pool, and he's the only one stuck in the deep end with no way of getting out. The girl obviously didn't jump in with him, signifying that the relationship ended.


Eventually he gets out of the water and drives back all the way to square one, thinking and reminiscing on all the things that could've been and what went wrong, should he hate himself? What more could he have done? We've all been there. Eventually he makes his way back to his old self who never took the chance and sits and looks at himself thinking if he should've taken the chance as well. It's fucking sad man. I feel this a hundred percent.

The utter rawness of your music of your music really depicts love in the most genuine true sense unlike most artist and inspires feelings that are only felt with true art. You have a talent like none other, this album needs to be heard by the masses.

Sometimes, especially at night- where I realize, damn I do make alot of mistakes and bad decisions. And its beacuse I made those mistakes that made my life harder and pushed people away that I should've not. Ergo, here I am, regretting most of my life and imagining what my life could've been if I were more mature, controlled my emotions and probably if I had more time ( I think we all do). Just wanted to vent out stuff y'know
