Hello everybody I'm Nick and in this video I will show you how you can use Microsoft's Project Tye, or simply Tye, to make working with microservices incredibly easy. We will also deploy to Kubernetes and see how Tye makes that extremely simple too.

Don't forget to comment, like and subscribe :)

Would love for you to do a series of comparing developer frameworks / tools for docker / kubernetes

I would love a video that explains how to estimate the most appropriate amount of resources (memory & CPU) to dedicate to the individual replicas of a service built with .NET. I would also love to see more Kubernetes/Docker content from you.

Good to see some activity with project Tye, used in some hobby projects some years back. Looking forward to more videos on production ready projects. Thank you

This looks really cool. I'd love to see more on how to split a pre-existing ASP application with several services into a multi-container application.

This looks incredible! When I originally found your YouTube, I was following along with the REST API playlist you have... Any chance you would be interested in doing a short Micro Services playlist using Tye? I think it would be really cool to see how you would integrate something like this using something a bit more real-world centric with service buses, maybe an API gateway, different databases, etc... (I still have a hard time figuring out how to set up the first two, especially with kubernetes, for example). Also not sure how much your community would be interested, but I thought it was at least worth asking. Great content, as always!

Love it! I'm using Tye with Dapr. It's definitely a game changer.

This looks really cool, sometimes I have to work with 3 or 4 different dotnet solutions at the same time so I’d love to bring this to my team and see if it’s useful for us

11:54 - Lean close to the mic, take a deep breath. "No pods". Look at the camera. Bat eyelashes. Close eyes and lean back with satisfaction. :D

What a profound sequence of events :D
Amazing video, and very informative as usual.^^

Thank you for the nice overview. I heard about tye some time in the past, but it quite flew over my head back then. This video serves as both a reminder that it exists, and a good overview of what it is/how to get into it. Much appreciate, thanks!

Great content! Thanks.
More k8s content, please.
It’d be great if you also could cover Dapr and how it ties in with Tye. :)

I've seen your video just now and had to watch it bc your content is so motivating to go and play around with the technology you present.

Love it, keep up the good stuff.
