IMPORTANT:

*For v2 of Draco, talk to dragon wizard then kill NPCs for fire flowers (any NPC I think) then for v3 all you do is kill a terror shark.*

White - do 3 npc quests of your level ( 20-22 npcs )
Yellow belt - sea events
Orange belt - do a trade
Green belt - cross danger 6 ( still go for a while )
Blue belt - tell someone to drop you a fruit
Purple belt - kill 3 elite boss
Red belt - find rumbling water and kill the sea beasts or kill a terror shark
Black belt - find prehistoric island and complete it

You will be able to learn dragon Tether after you get black belt and now you can collect dragon eggs from prehistoric island
Talk to dragon wizard and now you can purchase dragon race exchange of eggs
